You can contact customer support by sending an email toinfo@carspun.com or by sending a message through Form on the site.

To delete your account, contact customer support via Form on the site and ask for account deletion. This process may take up to 7 business days.

Start by using the search function to find an interesting ride.





After finding the appropriate ride, click the option Book between the photo and the route details. After booking, the owner will receive a notification.



When the booking is accepted, you will find the contact number Call in the menu Reservations , which will allow further contact with the driver.
